Bar/Bat Mitzvah Program

Participants will receive three hours of one-on-one mentoring with a Rabbi on the basics of Jewish beliefs, what it means to be a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, as well as one hour of peer mentoring to prepare for the actual ceremony. Twice a semester there will be a grand ceremony, Friday night dinner, celebrating the Bar/Bat Mitzvah of all participants. Participants are welcomed and encouraged to invite family and friends to be part of the ceremony.
